2. Enter your Team Member Number in the first field.
3. Enter your password in the second field.
4. Click the ‘Login’ button.
5. You will now signed in to TM Menards.

I Can’t Log In to My TM Menards Account.

What is the problem?

If you cannot log in then go through the following checklist:

• Make sure that your internet connection is working.
• Make sure you are at the correct login page at https://tm.menard-inc.com/tmportal-sso/login.
• Double-check your Team Member Number and Password. Your TM Menards Password must be 7 or more characters long, and it must contain at least 3 of these: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers & symbols. S0, check that you are entering lower-case and upper-case correctly, and look out common mistakes, like mistaking zeros from the letter “o”, the number 1 from the letter “l”, etc.
• Check that your CAPS LOCK button is OFF.
• If you copy and paste your TM Menards password or Team Member number from a document or email, make sure that you don’t copy any “spaces” along with it.

I Have Forgotten My TM Menards Password.

How do I reset my TM Menards password?

To reset your password, visit https://tm.menard-inc.com/TeamMemberPortal/forgotPassword.do.

You will be asked to enter your Team Number. Enter your number, and and email with instructions will be sent to your email address on file.
